Install Unlimited Policy Files on Windows

If you are using jdk1.7, download these Unlimited Java Cryptographic Extension Policy Files. After extracting, you will find two jar files: local_policy.jar and US_export_policy.jar; copy these two files to the two JRE/LIB/SECURITY directories (one is under jdk and one is at the same level as jdk).
